Data we collect

Floorstop processes the following data from your Shopify store solely for the purpose of enforcing order-limit rules at checkout:

• Order / cart data — line items, quantities, prices, customer tags, and authentication status, read in real time by the Shopify Functions runtime to evaluate rule conditions
• Shop domain — your store's myshopify.com domain, used to associate rules and billing records

Data we do NOT collect

• Customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, or shipping/billing addresses
• Payment card numbers or financial account details (all payments are processed by Shopify through App Store billing)
• Browser fingerprints, analytics events, or behavioral tracking data
• Any data from stores that have uninstalled the app

Data retention

Rule configurations and billing records are retained for the duration of your active subscription. Within 60 days of uninstallation, all shop-specific data is permanently deleted. Customer transaction data is never persisted — it is evaluated ephemerally at checkout and discarded immediately.

Third-party services

Floorstop uses no third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services. The app is self-hosted and does not share data with any external party.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request a copy of or deletion of any personal data associated with your store by contacting us at privacy@floorstop.com. Shopify's built-in GDPR webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) are fully supported and acknowledged automatically.
